33 Immortals Wiki

Your complete guide to Thunder Lotus' 33-player co-op action roguelike — codes, tier lists, controls, maps, bosses, and builds updated for the 1.0 release.

About 33 Immortals

33 Immortals is a co-op action roguelike built for 33 players, developed and published by Thunder Lotus Games. You play a damned soul rebelling against God's final judgment, raiding through realms inspired by Dante's Divine Comedy.

Each run is a fast-paced raid lasting roughly 25 minutes. Matchmaking drops you straight into live sessions — no lobbies required. You can queue solo or party with up to four friends, then fight alongside dozens of other rebels in massive horde battles and epic boss encounters.

Progression happens in two layers: temporary power during a run (relics, co-op powers, team synergies) and permanent upgrades in the Dark Woods hub (weapons, perks, feats, cosmetics). Every session follows a loop of exploration, Torture Chambers, God's Wrath, Ascension Battles, and a final boss fight.

The game has no voice chat by design. Coordination relies on emotes, pings, and co-op ability timing — mastering these tools is as important as mastering your weapon.

  • Genre: 33-player co-op action roguelike
  • Developer: Thunder Lotus Games
  • Setting: Inferno, Purgatorio, and Paradiso
  • Weapons: 14 planned (sins & virtues theme), 6+ available at 1.0
  • Session length: ~25 minutes per raid

Controls — Keyboard & Controller

Default bindings below. Combat controls were overhauled in July 2025 — rebinding may reset after major patches, so verify yours in Options > Controls.

Hold-to-attack inputs were introduced to reduce fatigue during long sessions. Light attacks can be held for sustained pressure; heavy attacks charge for stagger and burst damage.

PlayStation controllers follow the same layout as Xbox with equivalent face buttons. Rebind any action from the title menu: Options > Controls.

Roadmap & Trello

There is no official public Trello board for 33 Immortals. Thunder Lotus publishes roadmaps and patch notes on their blog and Zendesk support site instead.

If you searched for "33 Immortals Trello," use the official sources below. Community Trello boards, if any, are fan-made and may be outdated.

The 2026 roadmap shifted several times during Early Access. Key milestones that led to 1.0: Paradiso realm (Spring 2026), Gluttony weapon (February 2026), Charity weapon and final boss at 1.0 (June 2026), and Steam launch alongside full release.

Map & Areas

Runs flow from the Dark Woods hub through the Eternal Gate into one of three realms. Layouts are procedurally varied each session.

  • Teams of 6 explore and clear Torture Chambers (mini-dungeons)
  • God's Wrath engulfs the map after chambers — survive the fire
  • Survivors split into 3 teams of ~6 for Ascension Battles
  • Legendary Relics from Ascension provide team-wide bonuses
  • Session ends with a realm boss fight, then return to Dark Woods

Dark Woods (Hub)

Your persistent base between raids. Select weapons, manage perks, interact with Charon for cosmetics, visit the Weapon Shrine, and queue for matchmaking. Party members can join directly in the hub after recent updates.

Inferno

The first realm — chaotic destruction-focused combat. Final boss: Lucifer, a three-headed arena-wide threat with phased attacks (Frozen Hate, Eternal Sorrow, Last Betrayal).

Purgatorio

Mechanic-heavy realm requiring order and positioning. Final bosses: Adam & Eve with Virtue Fruit, Storm of Leaves, and damage-reduction phases during cast bars.

Paradiso

The 1.0 finale realm with puzzle-influenced boss mechanics and the highest cooperation demand. Features tactical phases distinct from Inferno and Purgatorio.

Bosses

Boss fights are the culmination of each raid. Learn cast phases vs. execute phases — many attacks are only avoidable during the casting window.

Lucifer (Inferno)

  • Three-headed demon king — arena-wide attacks.
  • Phases: casting → ready → execute. Complete mechanics during cast or take full damage.
  • Key attacks: Frozen Hate, Eternal Sorrow, Last Betrayal.
  • Use co-op powers during stagger windows for maximum damage.

Adam & Eve (Purgatorio)

  • Dual boss with 80% damage reduction during cast phases.
  • Remembered Virtues — destroy Virtue Fruits before Eve absorbs them.
  • Storm of Leaves — stand in safe zones that rotate if fruits are cleared.
  • Forgotten Sins and Forbidden Knowledge — positional and order-based mechanics.

Paradiso Final Boss (1.0)

  • Puzzle-influenced mechanics requiring tactical cooperation.
  • Higher complexity than prior realms — not just stat checks.
  • Coordinate emotes for phase calls; assign players to mechanic roles.

Builds & Loadout

Match perks and relics to your weapon role. Early progression favors universal value; endgame favors specialized synergy.

Stat conversion relics (Burnt Cincture, Seraphic Tear, Celestial Green Feather) let you stack one characteristic and feed others. Pair with Fool's Fate / Fortitude / Soaring Grace for compounded returns.

Tank (Sword of Justice)

  • Perks: Fortitude of Heart, Bold Revolt, Scourge of Omnipotence.
  • Relics: Desecrated Paten, Burnt Cincture (Attack→Vitality conversion).
  • Role: Face the boss, Guard dangerous phases, Bubble Shield for allies.

DPS (Daggers of Greed / Bow of Hope)

  • Perks: Fool's Fate, Rejuvenated Vigor, Scourge of Omnipotence.
  • Relics: Lover's Skull, Holy Book of Hymns, Muddy Apostle Medal.
  • Role: Maximize co-strikes and co-op power uptime for boss burns.

Support (Staff of Sloth)

  • Perks: Soaring Grace, Astute Erudite, Energy of Plethora.
  • Relics: Bloodstained Stole, Muddy Apostle Medal, Lamp of Purifying Flames.
  • Role: Slow enemies, accelerate team co-op meters, resurrect allies.

Co-op Guide

With 33 players and no voice chat, communication is the hardest skill to master. Use every non-verbal tool the game gives you.

Runs are more successful when all teammates survive to the boss. Play conservatively during Wrath phases and prioritize revives over personal DPS padding.

  • Emote wheel (Alt / LB) — call mechanics, request heals, celebrate buffs.
  • Pings — mark elites, shrines, and danger zones on the world map.
  • Co-strike meter — build by attacking together; fuels relics like Muddy Apostle Medal.
  • Co-op Powers — require allies nearby; position before boss damage windows.
  • Revives — interact with fallen allies quickly; Energy of Plethora rewards rescuers.
  • Team splits — initial groups of 6, then 3 teams for Ascension; stick with your squad.
  • God's Wrath — after Torture Chambers, survive the map-wide fire before regrouping.

Progression Systems

Long-term power comes from the Dark Woods. In-run power comes from relics and Torture Chamber dust.

  • Traits upgrade to level 10 (Co-op Power focus post-2025 updates).
  • Second upgrade slot: 1000 Eternal Shards + 5 Paragons.

  • Feats unlock systems like Weapon Upgrades (Feat 5).
  • Ordeals add difficulty modifiers — up to 12 for maximum challenge.
  • Higher ordeals improve rewards; some reward drops have been patched over time.

Perks

  • Start with limited slots; unlock more through progression.
